One of the BEST places in Fort Lee if you want to have delicious food and spend an enjoyable afternoon here. I ordered the beef rice and it was incredible. The service was great too. SHOUTOUT TO JOSUE!!! Great server 😃😃😃

Honestly, I don’t get why this place isn’t more popular. It’s a great local ramen spot in Fort Lee. They’re famous for tsukemen, but to be honest, it was a bit too salty and heavy for my taste. The real winner here is the Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork chashu is super tender, and the soft-boiled egg (ajitamago) is perfectly jammy and savory, so dipping it in the rich pork broth is just amazing. The broth itself is deep and concentrated, and the thin, chewy noodles hold up really well. Plus, weekday lunch is $2 off, making the Tonkotsu just $13.86 with tax, which is an incredible value. Adding $3.95 for the combo set with edamame, karaage, and an onigiri is also a steal. Just a heads-up that the broth is pretty rich and heavy, so keep that in mind if you prefer lighter soups!

What a hidden gem. This is the TO GO spot for some good Japanese food. I’m not particularly a ramen person and this restaurant has many other amazing food options such as the karaage curry. The ambiance is great, moody lighting, comfortable seats and booths, and nice uplifting music playing in the background. There’s also mini claw machines in the front with cute prizes. The food portions are amazing and priced well, all cooked with care. The Karaage curry was amazing. The chicken was fried to perfection and very tender. The curry is thick and sliced well. I recommend adding the pickled ginger they provide at the table. It compliments the curry so well. My friends were huge fans of their ramen and miso dishes. The service is amazing too. SIDE NOTE: THERE IS PARKING AVAILABLE. There is a garage attached to the building and they will validate your parking. There is also a lot on the side that’s pay per hour meters around $2 an hour.

Nice place! Plenty of open tables on a Thursday evening. And the wait staff was friendly and attentive. There is a bar area where you can sit and watch them make the ramen. I got the yubu unagi and my friend got the yubu ikura. Both were really good, the rice used was very flavorful. It was a great appetizer. My friend loves fish roe and she said hers was very good. They are known for dipping ramen, but I didn’t get that. I got the tonkotsu broth Ajitama because I didn’t want that much meat and I wanted to make sure I got an egg. The broth was delicious, not too salty but very rich and umami in flavor. I love the addition of wood ear mushroom and the noodles had a great chewy texture. They have some claw machines in the front, it’s $5 minimum spend which gets you 5 coins, each machine is one coin and there is one machine that gives you two tries for one coin. I ended up getting a prize! Not the one I wanted but was happy. There is a giant municipal parking lot across the street which was convenient.

Tried this place again for the first time in a very long time, and it really hit the spot. There are so many ramen options that we still haven’t picked a clear favorite yet. This time we ordered the tonkotsu and the motsunabe, and both were very good. The tonkotsu had a rich, flavorful broth, and the motsunabe was especially impressive—I loved how well they cooked the hormone. Everything tasted amazing, especially on a cold day after the spa. Would definitely come back to try more. Editing for free Calpico hahaha
